Keith taught me that there is more to taking photographs than being able to use a camera. Apart from the mechanics of camera settings, he showed me how to frame a shot, how, by moving the camera position, and myself, I could get a different effect and possibly a much better picture.
We covered all aspects of the camera including using filters, flash and studio lights. The lesson that I remember most, however, is that you must look and study before shooting, with a bit of thought and effort you will get a great shot instead of "another snap".
Keith also gave me the confidence to carry out his advice.
